This is a place to reconnect with oneself through our Equine-Assisted Therapeutic Activities + nature.

Our outdoor space is designed for children + adults who love horses, and are seeking nervous-system regulation, grounded mindfulness + connected presence through chronic stress, grief + life transitions.

At Healing Hooves, all sessions are non-clinical, unhurried and consent-based. We move at your pace alongside our horses - sometimes together, sometimes with distance - while we notice breathing, posture + shifts in your body’s stress responses, as well as our horses’.

There is no pressure to “perform” or share. The focus is always on curiosity, self-reflection + building healthy bonds.

No prior horse experience necessary. Just come as you are, our horses will meet you there.
